When managing family wealth, discussions about philanthropy can create a toolkit to build family unity, cohesion and provide life skills for the next generation.

Where do you start and how can I help?

As a Holistic Philanthropy Adviser with over 25 years’ experience in the philanthropy sector, I offer a practical and empowering one-off discovery workshop. It's designed to give you clarity and confidence, supporting you as you explore how to align your purpose with meaningful action. 

What you'll gain

You already have what it takes to make a difference – the intention to create change. This workshop just helps you start with clarity and confidence. By the end of the session, you’ll have:

• Clarity on why philanthropy matters to you and what motivates your giving
• Focus on the issues, causes, or communities you’re most drawn to
• Direction on the approaches that fit your goals, whether through funding, time, skills, or networks
• Confidence to take first steps and define the kind of philanthropist you want to become

This is not a ready-made plan, but an opportunity to explore and discover what your philanthropy journey could look like. The most rewarding philanthropy is rooted in authenticity; when your giving reflects who you are. 

What we'll explore

We’ll use structured questions, reflection prompts, and guided discussion to explore three core areas:

• Why – Why are you motivated to give?
• Which – Which issues or causes most resonate with you?
• What – What resources do you have to make all of this happen?

Following the workshop

You’ll receive a personalised blueprint capturing the key themes from our discussion, including:

• Your motivations and values
• Priority causes and issues
• Possible approaches to giving
• Opportunities to deepen your impact
• Offer of introductions to experts in my network who may provide further support
